As we transition from the 3rd through the 4th and into the 5th dimension, there is an increasing urgency to raise one’s vibration and embrace the higher consciousness.
The better we embrace the 5th-dimensional realities and the evolution of consciousness, the easier the transition will be. The more we resist, the more uncomfortable it will be.
The following 7 aspects can help you focus your intention on higher consciousness and move effortlessly through these times of great spiritual shift.
#1: Gratitude
Gratitude is an attitude that hooks us up to our source of supply. — Bob Proctor
The first aspect of the higher consciousness that can dramatically raise your vibration is Gratitude.
An emotion of gratitude not only heals (see Louise Hay’s “Heal Your Life”), it creates a state of calm receptivity so crucial for transitioning to a higher level.
You’ve heard it a million times: Life is a precious gift. But it’s not enough to know it; you have to feel it.
Cultivate the emotion of gratitude and there will be more to be grateful for. Become happy and happiness will become you.
What you focus your attention on increases. So if you focus on appreciating even the simplest things that bring you joy — like when the song you like comes on the radio or when you walk your dog on a warm fragrant night — that vibration of gratitude will attract more things that you can be grateful for.
Gratitude is a state of grace. No matter how down or angry you may be, making an effort to find something to appreciate about the situation will change your vibration.
So be mindful of the blessings you receive every day, no matter how trivial they appear to be.
#2: Honesty – Speak Your Truth
Honesty is the courage to be true to one’s Higher Self.
Everyone deserves to live their life openly and honestly, without fear of ridicule, oppression or physical violence.
If you feel you can’t do that, what are the sources of fear and anxiety in your life?
Maybe it’s the pressure to fit in, a stressful job, or a difficult parent who always criticizes your choices and tells you what to do.
If someone can’t support your true self because they live in a fear-based reality, you need to distance yourself from those sources. Lovingly wish them well, but don’t subject yourself to the life of fear and deception.
Honesty is also about how you express yourself. Be open and state your opinion assertively, with no apologies or qualifiers, such as
- I’m sorry but I think…
- I sort of/kind of disagree with that
- It may sound stupid but…
- I don’t know/I’m not sure but…
- I know this is crazy but…
People respond better when you’re assertive rather than insecure and apologetic, even if they don’t like what they hear.
State your truth but never tell another person what he or she should do. They have their own path to follow, and so do you.
You can offer your opinion on what you would have done in the situation, but only they can know what is best for them.
#3: Remembrance – Follow the Breadcrumbs
The time has come to remember who you are.
So much has been forgotten, intentionally or forcibly, so much is yet concealed, covered, distorted.
But the process has already begun and it cannot be reversed. People are remembering what they’ve forgotten. They are connecting with their soul groups, and together they are creating a global transformation of consciousness.
Your intention is the trigger. Allow yourself to remember, reclaim what’s been stolen from you, it is safe to do so.
Everything is moving towards revelation. There is no reason to hide anymore. Be aware, follow the signs, and trust that the change is on the way.
#4: Self-Knowledge
“When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty.” — Jesus Christ
The Temple of Apollo at Delphi, the city of the Delphi Oracle, was once thought to be the center of the Earth.
It remains a powerful archetype for the principle of Divine Self-Knowledge.
Attributed to Thales of Miletus, the words “ΓΝΩΘΙ ΣΑΥΤΟΝ” ( “know thyself”) were inscribed across the portico of the Temple of Apollo.
“Know thyself” is a call to recognize your true nature and to act accordingly.
As we navigate through these changing frequencies, we are constantly challenged to seek out our true core Self, a.k.a. God, Goddess, or ALL THAT IS.
Only through connecting with this core can we experience unconditional love, peace, and true ego-less empowerment.
#5: Strength
Strength is an inner power to withstand.
It’s stating your truth and defending it if needed, but in the spirit of kindness, not dominance. Because true strength doesn’t come from the ego. It comes from God, Higher Power, ALL THAT IS.
Why do we need to be strong? Because there are forces here on Earth set up to destroy us from within: to make us blind, stupid, complacent, and weak.
They poison our food, our water, and our air with chemicals to make our bodies sick. They poison our minds with nonsense and hate on TV. And although they cannot poison our spirit — our core God essence is incorruptible — they can blind us to it.
That is why we need to be strong and determined to awaken, connect, and be the light that shines through the darkness.
#6: Equality
Higher consciousness embodies Oneness, the connectedness of ALL THAT IS. It doesn’t make distinctions between male and female, black and white, straight and gay, rich and poor, etc.
That is to say, it doesn’t put one above the other. Instead, it sees value in all things and beings.
We are not meant to be the same. We are different, and these differences need to be acknowledged and celebrated, not bulldozed over for the sake of homogeneity.
Equality based on uniformity is not real. It still recognizes only one side and makes sure everyone adheres to the same standard.
For example, in Western countries, gender inequality it’s less noticeable because the oppression is implicit. It takes the form of pressure to present an attractive appearance and to adopt “masculine” values.
But in third world countries (where most people live) women and girls still suffer horrific abuses.
Eastern European sex trade, female mutilation in Africa, rape festivals in India, sex and marriage to underage girls as young as 7 in Afghanistan and other South Asian countries, domestic abuse that is not only legal but justified by both sexes, denial of basic rights and education, and the list goes on and on…
I can’t stress enough how important gender equality is for transitioning into the 5th-dimensional reality. There cannot be salvation for any of us while so women and girls are intimidated, raped, and tortured on a daily basis.
If you are the one being abused, my heart aches for you. The damage that’s been done to you — to all of us — is devastating, and men suffer it, too.
Permit the abuse no longer, especially if children are involved. Recognize your value. It is time to heal.
#7: Hope
If you always focus on the negative, you can become overwhelmed and hopeless. That’s no way to be.
Hope keeps us inspired and motivated to move forward. Nothing can raise your vibration like hope.
There is a new world burgeoning, a new reality. Not everyone is aware of it, and not everyone is prepared or willing to move forward. But the evolution of human consciousness cannot be stopped.
For thousands of years, we were moving with a speed of a snail. But in the last few decades, there’s been a noticeable acceleration.
More and more people awaken to spiritual reality through Eastern practices, availability of information through technology, and the increasing interconnectedness of the modern world.
The children being born today also seem to be more advanced, even though they are still labeled with psychiatric disorders.
There is HOPE, and where there is hope, there is always love, beauty, and integrity in being human.
